This morning I visited the quarry near Tadcaster to see my stone.

 

The rough block was cut on a cross saw to the specified dimensions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The sawn block sits waiting to become a new sculpture for the Water Gardens.
